When applying as an operator or co-founder, you provide contact details (name, email, phone, location), professional background (LinkedIn, previous roles, functional expertise, CV links), and engagement preferences (equity vs. cash, availability).
3. Retention & Candidate Rights
We retain candidate records in the EM300 talent database for future venture matching unless you request deletion. Under GDPR and applicable international regulations, you have the right to inspect, update, or permanently delete your profile at any time by contacting privacy@em300.co.
4. Security & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or lease candidate or partner information to third parties. Data is secured behind encrypted infrastructure and accessible only to authorized EM300 operating partners and assigned venture reviewers.
